Introduction
E-governance at the local level in Kosovo
This course will deal precisely with the topic of electronic governance (abbreviated as e-governance) in Kosovo with an emphasis on the local level. In order for the course to have a more comprehensible flow, we will first discuss the concept of e-governance, about e-governance at the global level taking a case study, and then we will discuss about e-governance in Kosovo with an emphasis specific at the local level, challenges and opportunities.
The course takes roughly minutes to complete, although it does not need to be done in one session or sequentially.
