Uvod

Historically, the fight for gender equality was based on the women’s right of equal access to all human rights. However, beyond securing the realization of human rights, the involvement of women in all areas and in particular in decision-making positions brings numerous benefits to the public and private sector and to society in general. In this course, we will highlight how, in addition to the general benefits for the society, gender diversity also benefits private organizations, institutions and companies. Increased creativity and innovation, faster and more efficient problem solving, greater material benefits and much more are among the many benefits.
